1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Moodroom (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Moodroom is a web-based tool for managing renovation projects, tracking budgets, and organising supplier information. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you create in Moodroom. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited licence to host, store, and display your data as necessary to provide the Service.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to upload malicious content, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.

6. Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Prices are shown in EUR. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

7. Limitation of liability

Moodroom is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Naples, Italy.
