1. What we collect

When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address and any UTM parameters from the URL you used to visit. When you use the product, we collect project data you create (rooms, items, budgets, images) and basic usage analytics (page views, feature usage).

2. How we use your data

We use your email to notify you about product launches and updates. Project data is used solely to provide the Moodroom service. Usage analytics help us improve the product. We never sell, share, or use your data for advertising or AI training.

3. Where your data is stored

Data is stored in EU-based servers (Vercel/Neon infrastructure). All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using TLS 1.3.

4. Data retention

Waitlist data is retained until you unsubscribe or we launch the product. Product data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of all your data at any time by emailing privacy@moodroom.ai.

5. Third parties

We use Vercel for hosting, Neon for database services, and Plausible for privacy-friendly analytics (no cookies, no personal data). We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or any tracking that identifies individual users.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. You can exercise these rights by emailing privacy@moodroom.ai. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

Moodroom does not use tracking cookies. We may use essential cookies for authentication and session management when you use the product.
